With more than two decades of experience working with charities and foundations and consulting with individual, family and corporate clients, Benson L. Schaub has become a leading national expert and champion of philanthropy, charitable enhancement and charitable reform. Since receiving his Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University Law School in 1976, he has originated numerous unique planning concepts and techniques that are revolutionizing the growth and development of both corporate and family foundations. These include the Wealth Replacement Concept, the Charitable Partnership Trust, the pre-paid Tithing Plan, the Charitable Line of Credit, and Family Foundations that operate under one or more public charity status formats.
Robert Miller has worked in the real estate industry since 1976. Due to his specialization in the sale of undeveloped land over the past two decades, he has become known as "Dr. Dirt". He previously owned a masonry contracting business. He is active in his church and has served as president of the Citrus Grove Estates Homeowner's Association and as a representative on the Executive Committee of WEST USA Realty.
Before joining The American Foundation, Ben S. Schaub managed the sales and installation departments of a security company. At The American Foundation, he is responsible for oversight of the company's divisions and spearheading a best practices campaign to increase administration efficiency. Ben has great interest in the Boy Scouts of America and has served in several Scout leadership positions. | |
