Benson L. Schaub has twenty-five years experience in the specialized field of charitable tax planning. Consulting with individual, family and corporate donors, Ben is a champion of philanthropy, charitable enhancement, and charitable reform.

Since receiving his Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University Law School in 1976, he has pioneered numerous unique planning concepts and techniques that are revolutionizing the growth and development of both corporate and family foundations.

In 1977, he originated the planning concept and technique called "wealth replacement" that protects the families and heirs of donors by replacing the value gifted to charity with an equal amount of tax-free life insurance. At one time, Mr. Schaub had received more favorable IRS Private Letter Rulings than anyone else west of the Mississippi.

In 1982 he originated the first "Charitable Partnership Trust" which allows a group to participate in specially designed and drafted deferred giving trusts. Most importantly, Mr. Schaub has pioneered the development of "Family Foundations" that function within one or more "public charity status" formats.
